Pirovano Cabernet Sauvignon IGT is a wine from the north of Italy made with Cabernet grapes. It is ruby red in colour with a slightly spicy aroma of black and a hint of red pepper. The taste is dry with a vinous aftertaste

This wine pairs well with all courses, it is ideal with pasta and delicate meats. Alcohol volume: 11.5%. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Pirovano Soave DOC is a white wine produced in Veneto with Garganega grapes. It is a soft straw yellow colour with sweet notes of peach, pear and hawthorn on the nose. The taste is delicate with a soft almond aftertaste.

This wine is very versatile and pairs well with appetisers, pasta or rice dishes and seafood dishes. Alcohol content: 11.5%. Serving temperature: 6-8°C.

Nero Marone Edizione Privata is a dark red wine with woody notes and aromas of cherry, blueberry, chocolate and ripe dark fruit. On the palate it is balanced, complex and fruity.

Pair with red meats and different kinds of cheese.

Mezza Corona Castel Pietra Cabernet is an elegant garnet red wine of great character with pleasant berry notes. On the nose it is intense with a mixture of ripe red fruits like red cherries, raspberry and a hint of oak. Its flavour is dry, well structured and soft and tannic compounds are well balanced. A mild note of pepper balances the red fruit undertones, terminating with a delicately balsamic hint.

Castel Pietra Cabernet pairs well with beef, game, lamb, deer, oriental dishes like sweet sour pork, grilled vegetables, mild cheeses like Gouda, mushroom based dishes and soups.

Alcohol content: 12.5%. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Garofoli Farnio is a refined wine with rich aromas. It has a lively ruby red colour. On the nose it is fruity with notes of ripe plums. It is dry and delicately tannic with a gentle structure making it easy to drink.

Pairs well with pizza, red sauces and grilled meats. Serving temperature: 16°C. 60% Montepulciano and 40% Sangiovese grapes.
