On the nose it is intense with a mixture of ripe red fruits like red cherries, raspberry and a hint of oak. Its flavour is dry, well structured and soft and tannic compounds are well balanced. A mild note of pepper balances the red fruit undertones, terminating with a delicately balsamic hint.
Castel Pietra Cabernet pairs well with beef, game, lamb, deer, oriental dishes like sweet sour pork, grilled vegetables, mild cheeses like Gouda, mushroom based dishes and soups.

€8.59Out of StockMezza Corona Castel Pietra Pinot Grigio is produced with grapes from vineyards along the Adige and Noce river. The grapes are strictly hand picked and delivered to the winery within a few hours. Here they are selected and then gently pressed.
The wine is of a straw yellow colour. On the nose it is pleasant, delicate and fruity with a floral hint of chamomile. Its flavour is dry, elegant and delicate.
Excellent with appetisers, vegetables, white meats, poultry and fish. Alcohol volume: 12%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
